KitchenAid Africa offers two methods of delivery; courier and collection.
Delivery is subject to the availability of stock. Orders will be process within 3 working days and will either be available for collection or handed to the courier service. Delivery periods are subject to the location.
Delivery fees, where applicable, will be indicated upon checkout.
Delivery to remote areas may need to be collected from the nearest Post office.
Complaints regarding the quality and standard of delivery should be directed to KitchenAid Africa customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
KitchenAid Africa reserves the right to charge administration fees in the case of orders being cancelled.
If you have made an online credit card payment, your order will be dispatched immediately.
If you have made an EFT payment, we will dispatch your order once your payment has been recieved.
We send all orders with our selected courier company, Aramex, at no charge to you if you reside in a major metropol in South Africa. If your delivery address is in a rual area within South Africa, products will need to be collected from your nearest Post Office or Postnet. All orders outside of South Africa will incure a delivery fee based on the destination address provided to KitchenAid Africa.
On dispatch, a waybill number will be added to your order on Your KitchenAid Africa Account, which can be tracked online by selecting the following link www.aramex.co.za, enter your code into the 'Track my Shipment' field and click the 'Submit' button.
Please note that deliveries generally take 3-5 working days.
