RETURNS / EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase once you have received your order, contact our customer service department to arrange for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Exchanges and refunds are subject to the items being inspected once the items have been received back at KitchenAid Africa.

Should you receive a defective item, contact our customer service department to arrange for your item to be returned and inspected. The item will then be repaired or replaced.

KitchenAid Africa reserves the right to charge administration and courier fees when applicable.
