DELIVERY POLICY

KitchenAid Africa offers two methods of delivery; courier and collection.

Delivery is subject to the availability of stock. Orders will be processed within 3 working days and will either be available for collection or handed to the courier service. Delivery periods are subject to the location.

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be indicated upon checkout.

Complaints regarding the quality and standard of delivery should be directed to KitchenAid Africa customer service at hello@kitchenaidafrica.com.

KitchenAid Africa reserves the right to charge administration fees in the case of orders being cancelled.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

If you have made an online credit card payment, your order will be dispatched immediately.

If you have made an EFT payment, we will dispatch your order once your payment has been received.

We send all orders with reputable local courier companies we designate (CourierIT, SkyNet, Courier Guy, MDS Collivery) at no charge to you if your order is over R2000. If your order is below R2000, a flat rate delivery fee of R99 shall apply to your order. All orders outside of South Africa will incur a delivery fee based on the destination address provided to KitchenAid Africa.

On dispatch, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

Please note that deliveries generally take 3-5 working days.
